Heroes Invite Frederick Community to join them in Supporting the Frederick County Chapter American Red Cross

During the month of March, you can offer support for your American Red Cross when you enjoy a meal at Roy Rogers, Beef O’Brady’s, Daneille’s, Five Guys or Mealeys.  You’ll also help the Red Cross when you purchase “Care” products from 12 West Main or any item from Spoil me Rotten or the General Store in New Market.  Even having your teeth whitened could help to support the vital services provided by our local Red Cross Chapter.

“HEROES for the American Red Cross” is a month long grass roots community campaign in which local business people, school groups, church groups, civic clubs, and individuals pledge to raise $1,000 through any legal means they choose, for the local Red Cross Chapter.  This year, with Patrick McFadden, President of the Frederick Flight Center as the Campaign Chairman, the Frederick County Chapter has set its sights on raising $100,000 during the campaign.  The funds will be used to support Red Cross services such as disaster relief, assistance for fire victims, emergency military communications, first aid and CPR training and disaster preparedness information for our community.  All money raised will support your neighbors in Frederick County.    

March 6	Roy Rogers, Route 26 location will donate 25% of all sales from 5:00p.m.-9:00 p.m.
March 6	Star Spangled Band performing at Café 611 will contribute proceeds to the Heroes Campaign
March 7	Wild Goose Brewery, music and entertainment by Hearty Party Entertainment, food provided by Green Turtle, JP Pizza and Giant Eagle, Silent Auction from Local Merchants ~ donation at the door and all proceeds to support the Heroes Campaign Beef O’Brady’s will donate a percentage of sales to the Heroes Campaign every Sunday in March
March 11	Danielle’s Restaurant, Happy Hour 4 – 7 p.m. Heroes Happy Hour Specials
March 19	Danielle’s Restaurant, Happy Hour 4 – 7 p.m. Heroes Happy Hour Specials
March 26	Green Turtle, Heroes Event
March 27	Roy Rogers, Route 85 location will donate 25% of all sales from 5:00p.m.- 9:00 p.m.

Other opportunities to support the American Red Cross throughout the Month of March:

Proceeds from “Care” products including Cucina, Trapp Candles & Tea Forte sold in the month of March will be donated to the Heroes Campaign

Spoil Me Rotten, New Market

      6% of all store profits for the month of March will be donated to the Heroes Campaign

Little Pottery Shop, New Market & Frederick

10% of “Ladybug” pottery product sales during the month of March will be donated to the Heroes Campaign

Mealey’s Restaurant, New Market

Eat at Mealey’s on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays in March and they will donate 5% of the proceeds to the Heroes Campaign.

Five Guys, Carroll Creek & Monocacy Crossing

Mention the American Red Cross when you place an order through out the month of March and Five Guys will donate 10% of your receipt to the Heroes Campaign

Ben & Jerry’s

A Month of Sundaes ~ $1.00 donated to the Heroes Campaign for each Ice crème Sunday sold on Sundays in March

A portion of all bleaching procedures for the month of March will be donated to the Heroes Campaign:
$100 donation for in office bleaching
$50 donation for a custom bleach tray package
$125 donation for a combination in office and custom bleach tray package
