Director Emergency Services Job Code: F0001 Dept: Frederick Chapter (1) Full-Time Exempt The Frederick Chapter of the American Red Cross is in search of a highly motivated and adept Director Emergency Services to ensure the delivery of American Red Cross Emergency Services in accordance the American Red Cross policy, procedures and the guiding principles of the Red Cross movement. Required: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in public administration, business administration, emergency management, psychology, social work or a related field is required. Prior management experience with a proven track record of creating and maintaining a highly motivated, trained team. Strong focus on volunteer recruitment and work team empowerment and delegation. Prior experience in an emergency services/disaster response environment plus.
