You Can Be A Red Cross Hero!

Heroes for the American Red Cross is a grass roots campaign in which individuals, local business people, school groups, church groups, civic clubs, and individuals pledge to raise $1,000 through any legal means they choose for the local Red Cross Chapter.  This year the Frederick County Chapter has a $100,000 goal for our Heroes Campaign.  All money raised will support our neighbors here in Frederick County

You can be a Hero for the American Red Cross!!  Here is how:

• An individual, club or business may consider donating $1,000
• Conduct a raffle ~ what if 100 employees purchased a chance for $10.00 to earn a paid day off, or retailer’s raffle a gift certificate!
• Bake sale, walk-a-thon, carwash
• Restaurants donate a percentage of proceeds for certain days, weeks or during the month of March
• Retailers could sell Red Cross Ribbons or squares
• The sky is the limit ~ any legal means to raise $1,000 makes you a Hero for the American Red Cross
